At the heart of Ca’ Dei Conti, Cinzia Libralato has intertwined her life with the land, with wine, and with the desire to make a difference. Her story, built on courageous choices and continuous teamwork, is proof that passion and commitment can turn a dream into reality.

Cinzia is the Head of Sales and Brand Image at Ca’ Dei Conti, a winery that she is helping to build day after day with dedication and a deep personal commitment.

Her career, however, did not begin in the wine world. “My experience has always been linked to the family business, which produces semi-finished products for gelato and pastry,” she explains. Having always worked in sales and communication, Cinzia found her turning point when her husband inherited the lands where Ca’ Dei Conti stands—an event that marked the beginning of a new adventure.

Cinzia describes herself as “passionate,” “communicative,” and “aware.” Her passion shines through in every word, in the choices she makes daily to grow her company, in her authentic approach to communication and marketing, and above all in her belief that the work is never finished.

For Cinzia, every step along her professional journey matters—there are no “final goals.” “By nature, I always think the best goal is yet to come, so I work hard every day. And I learn every day,” she says.
