A journey through our signature reds
In the charming atmosphere of this historic inn nestled in the hills of the Val d’Illasi, we invite you to experience a tasting that showcases the most emblematic expressions of our wines.
Weather permitting, the journey begins with a short walk through the vineyard at Precastio—a plot of land rich in history, where the vines grow in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons and the wisdom of the past.
The tasting continues inside the villa with three wines, each a story in a glass:
Ripàso – A deep and enveloping red, born from the traditional “ripasso” method using Amarone grape skins.
La Roara – Our Rosso Veronese, crafted from local and disease-resistant grapes dried using the appassimento method, a true reflection of our work in the vineyard and cellar.
Tano – Our Amarone della Valpolicella, the flagship of our winery, concluding the tasting with a persistent and unforgettable finish.
Each glass will be accompanied by a guided narration, revealing our winemaking process, philosophy, and the unique characteristics that make every wine a distinctive experience.
